Tefal is a really good brand, just on the expensive side. This Tefal Stir-fry Pan is 28cm wide and has high sides. Great for cooking fried rice with. And i do cook a lot of fried rice with eggs as my kids love it very much. I also bought a new eco-friendly wooden spatula to use with my new Tefal Stir-fry Pan. Though the label states this Tefal Stir-fry Pan has an ultra tough and durable surface, it's best not to use our normal stainless steel spatula to cook with it. I dont really fancy using those nylon cooking utensils though Tefal also has a very nice range. Anyone using Tefal cookware here? Design Flaw. I discovered the reason it was on deep sale too late.
